Executive Summary: 
 Attached is a proposed traffic agreement between the Village of Schaumburg and SDG Meacham LLC. The traffic agreement facilitates the Village's efforts to enforce and prosecute parking violations for the property located at 1325 North Meacham Road. This is a new twenty-year traffic agreement for this property. 
 Recommended Action:
 The Village Manager recommends the Village Board authorize the Village Manager to execute the Traffic Agreement between the Village of Schaumburg and SDG Meacham LLC for the property located at 1325 North Meacham Road.
