Executive Summary: 
 MissionSquare Retirement offers public sector employees a variety of investment vehicles to build savings for retirement. Per MissionSquare Retirement, each participating employer must appoint a Plan Coordinator for the purposes of plan administration.  The Plan Coordinator has typically been assigned to the Director of Human Resources. As such, Joseph Carey, Director of Human Resources will need to be appointed as the village's new Plan Coordinator.  
 Recommended Action:
 The Village Manager recommends that the FLAGG Committee recommends the Village Board approve the resolution assigning Joseph Carey, Director of Human Resources as the MissionSquare Retirement Plan Coordinator for the Village of Schaumburg.
