Summary

The petitioner requests a Site Plan Amendment for site modifications for Andretti Karting, located at 1441 Thoreau Drive, west of the Renaissance Schaumburg Hotel & Convention Center. The proposed modifications include shifting the building approximately six feet to the north. This shift was required by the Joint Action Water Agency (JAWA) to limit construction within the existing JAWA easement which runs parallel to the I-90 Tollway across the southern portion of the site.
