The property was recently annexed into the village in 2023 and rezoned to B-2, General Business District. As the property is not included in the Woodfield Regional Center Map area, the village proposes these design guidelines to inspire great design in the future development of this site and surrounding lots. | | Recommended Action: | | The Village Manager recommends the Committee of the Whole recommend the Village Board approve the proposed Design Guidelines for the Frankly Yours Property, located at the corner of Algonquin Road and Thorntree Lane. |
