Summary
The petitioner requests Site Plan Approval, Special Use for a PUD, Rezoning from R-6 (Single Family Residential) to R-6 PUD (Residential Planned Unit Development), Preliminary and Final Plat Approval, Building Setback Variations, and Building Height Credit for a new residential subdivision called “Wise Commons” to be located on the property at 300 W. Wise Road.
After Plan Commission approval, staff made the following technical and clerical edits to some of the conditions in the approving ordinance.
- Condition 7 – clarified prior to issuance of which permit requires the HOA documents to be recorded.
- Condition 9 – fixed clerical error to say fence on east and
south west sides.
- Condition 24 – as recommended by the Plan Commission, this condition was added to reflect the requested change in the proposed street lighting for the development.
- Removed a condition to revise the number of new parking spaces in the access easement agreement as the number included in the agreement is correct.
