The group home is proposed to be an independent/assisted living facility for older adults. The subject property is an existing single-family home located on the south side of Elm Drive and 400 feet east of Ellington Drive. | | Recommended Action: | | Staff recommends approval of a Special Use to allow the use of the single-family residence located at 1321 Elm Drive as a Group Home, Case No. P2408-01, subject to the conditions stated in the PRG report. |
