Summary

The petitioner is requesting a variation to exceed the maximum impervious surface coverage in the front yard. The petitioner proposes to expand the existing driveway and increase the front yard impervious surface coverage to 51.3%. Per code, no more than forty percent (40%) of the front yard shall be covered by impervious surface.

Recommended Action:

Staff Recommendation

Recommending Approval of 51.3%. However the Plan Commission added a condition of approval to increase the front yard coverage to 51.5%.

Vote

6-0 with three members absent

If the Village Board concurs with the Plan Commission's recommendation, they should approve the request as presented.
