In 2005 the Environmental Committee began the Annual Landscape Award Program to recognize commercial, retail, and residential developments that exhibit excellence in their landscape improvements and maintenance.  The 2024 awards mark the seventeenth (17th) active year of the program.

The Environmental Committee met on November 7th and recommended the 2024 recipients as noted in the attached memo.  Award certificates will be presented at a future Village Board meeting.

The Village Manager recommends the Health and Human Services Committee approve the 2024 Landscape Award Recipients: Best Western, Patrick Genesis, Parkway Bank, Carriage Homes of Summit Place Subdivision, Mall Drive Shell Service Station, Gatewood Subdivision and Cloos Robotic Welding, and refer them to the Village Board for presentation.
